Dear immigration officer:
  
  I have been to lodged 175 at 30th June, 2008. Unfortunately , my nomination occupation welder has been removed from CSL list . So, I have to change the 175 to 856 . I attach the 175 receipt for you. The No Criminal Record also has been hand over to Adelaide office. Please forgive all about the inconvenience . Thank you .
