几个面试问题，不知如何回答

以下是面试问题，不知要问什么？？？？
technical support的职位问了下列问题。什么意思啊？
0.你喜欢工作在team里还是独立工作？
1.你喜欢自己工作还是按照policy工作。
2.你的同事休假了，他留下一大堆你不熟悉的工作。你怎么办？
3.你的client从没用过计算机，他要你教他如何使用软件。但这个软件你也不熟悉。你怎么办？

高手来帮帮。

1：Though I have 5 years experience on technical support,and I can finish lots of work,but I like to work with team work.It can widen my eyes and cut down my mistake.

2：这主要考遵守policy和特殊case的处理能力
Technical support has its process.such as touch client,collect information,define the problem ,resolve problem and so on,what time have to do what has its policy,it can improve my power on my job,and allay mistake,so I like to work with policy.But in some special cases I must report it to my team or team leader they will help me.
