second interview是不是最后一轮啦？如果是的话，应该很快有结果的，因为雇主也担心最佳人选会被其他offer挖走。所以，这种情况一般出现在公营单位，或者你并不是最佳人选，但在waiting list上，一旦最佳人选refuse offer，waiting list上的人就会顶上，一旦最佳人选接受offer，thank you letter就会接踵到来。
