今天收到了ACKNOWLEDGEMEN邮件，请问这个是ＣＯ发的吗？

１７号lodge的，刚刚收到了一封邮件
标题 Acknowledgement Valid Application Received
内含六个附件 包括全家人的体检信息表及VISA Application的一些核对信息。
邮件署名 Leigh Nielsen
        00003603
        Team 10
请问有人知道这个是ＣＯ吗？
还是Client Support？

我的这个ack信也是team 10发过来的。这个不像是CO。

自己看一下邮件最后的署名不就知道了，都有写的。。。
这个明显是client support officer发的

我是昨天收到的。但是没有体检表的信息，只有三个PDF文件。
Client Service Information.pdf
Acknowledgement Valid Application Received.pdf
Visa application summary.pdf

LZ 可以回信问问哈。

看EVISA的FAQ：

When will I hear about my application?

An acknowledgement letter will be issued to you within seven (7) days of lodgement of your application. This will include information on the processing of your application, whether you are entitled to the grant of a bridging visa and any conditions attached to that visa. You should allow seven (7) days for an acknowledgement letter to be received before contacting the department.
