麻烦大家看看这是贷款的'unconditional' formal approval吗？

前两天签了合同，之前有pre-approval，非常神速地，今天broker说贷款已经批下来了。地产中介问我是不是unconditional approval，broker说是的，可是approval letter并没有unconditional一词，我有点担心broker想快点做成生意哄着我的。而且银行并没有去看房子做估价，broker说有些房子如果卖价不是太离谱，银行不一定都要去看才估出价的，我也不知道是不是这样。总之broker说你现在给大定很安全的啦，没有问题。approval letter如下，麻烦大家帮我看看可以吗：

Dear xxx,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide a loan for your client/s, xxx and
xxx.
We are pleased to confirm that the security for this loan offer has been valued to the Bank’s, and
the Mortgage Insurer’s (where applicable), satisfaction and formal approval is now supplied for
the following loan/s:
(loan details)

The security supporting this application is as follows:
(address of the property)

The Home Loan Offer documents and security documents, previously issued to your client/s, can
now be executed and returned to us in due course. These documents include the Loan Schedule,
and set out the full terms and conditions of the credit contract.
Further information can be obtained on http://www.commbroker.com.au using the Bank
Reference Number above or contact your local Mortgage Services centre.

叫broker给你写个mail, 说loan没有问题.....

你既然已经找了broker， 就没有办法了.....
我是直接找的银行， 上次settle down 前一天还没有approval - 之前告诉我是unconditional， 我就给我的律师和银行说你们看着办，我不care我明天能不能settle down， 卖家的罚金我不会付的...我也会找你们要损失的..因为我付了你们钱办这个，结果你们造成了我的损失....

第二天， 结果settle down， 所有的费用全部wave了.....

看上去是没有问题的，可以通过broker向银行要unconditional approval letter.

我没用过broker，不是很了解流程。
