2.8 新政对已经递交CSL 申请者的影响

我1.28递交的CSL 885 IT .NET 技术移民申请，
根据新政策， csl年中要取消，
根据现在的进度，年中前我应该可以拿到pr，但如果没有拿到，csl又废除了，
那怎么办？再等2年？2年后再被capping，ceasing 掉？

新的SOL可能就是要限制IT方面的人了 可能对雅思要求会比较高了 而且会有新的移民评分系统

CSL的885应该很快的吧
