重做了一份CSL评估但被拒了。回复贴上，看来只能走州担保的路了。2007-08的人太惨了。
Thank you for sending additional documents and a new skills assessment
letter (ASCO 2231-79 C++ Specialist) on 23/6/ 2009
We checked this issue with our Skilled Policy Section and received their
advice as below:
Policy on correcting the nominated occupation for General Skilled Migration
applications
It is not possible for an applicant for a General Skilled Migration (GSM)
visa to change their nominated occupation "after" lodgement, if
the applicant wishes to change their nominated occupation for the purposes
other than a correction, for example, to obtain more points on the
GSM points test or to an occupation on the CSL for the purposes of
obtaining priority processing.
As advised by our policy section, I cannot accept your client's new (or
second) skills assessment for ASCO 2231-79 C++ Specialist dated 22/6/2009
for priority processing.
As a result, your client's application with nominated skilled occupation (
ASCO 2231-79 nec) is not currently eligible for priority processing and we
are sorry to
advise that this application is not able to be finalised this financial
year.
I hope this information is of assistance.
Note: If your client wishes(wants) to withdraw his old BN136 and lodge a
new GSM (VF175/176) visa application for priority processing, please visit
