Minor changes can be made to these guidelines without notice. You will be assessed on the guidelines in existence on the date your application has been received.

官网的解释主要是影响以下三类申请者：
Applicants who apply for RPL
Applicants who hold Professional Membership of the British Computer Society
Applicants who hold Professional Membership of the New Zealand Computer Society
RPL是不是指非IT类本科毕业？
