I so much appreciate your reply and Interest in my spare room, I will like to inform you that I am not in Australia right now, I am in London, Because i work with a fabric manufacturing company based in UK and US, I am the Assistant Sales Representative and presently we are doing our sales bonanza in London that is why I am here but I will be back in Two weeks time.
The apartment is located at 23 King William Street Adelaide SA 5000 It is close to Gresham street and just few minute walk to Rundal mall and few minute walk to public transportation. However you can still move in while am still away, because i deposited the Spare Keys of the apartment with the DHL Office over there in Australia so if you really want to move in and if you are in Australia at the moment,I will send you the Reference Number that you will present at the DHL Office so as to get the keys I deposited with them or better still you send me your present address so that i can send the Keys, directly to you
More so,I will like you to send me the following details so that I can use it to Prepare the Lease Tenant Contract Form and I will send it to you Immediately
