137不满二年可否到其他州工作？

我现在呆了一年多 了，现在有个工作机会在其他州，不知道能不能去。写信问了移民局。答复如下：
If you have already plan to work out of SA, you may do so, but you have to
provides us some evidence to prove that you are unable to find job here, and so
on.

We will update your database as well as inform the Department of Immigration
about your situation. Later part of your citizenship, you may need to contact
DIAC for further information.


问问各位大人我该怎么办？
有看到同为137的朋友好象有离开的，请问是怎么做的。
