two years old Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB disk error

I have been using my Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB for about two years and  due to random disk error in ubuntu linux.

I cannot boot the drive for about three times spread across three months. It happen twice in recent two days.

I have to use following commands to fix the disk error.

1 sudo fdisk -l
2 sudo fsck.ext4 -v /dev/sda2

I worry about that might hurt me so badly. So I reinstall ubuntu latest version and reformat the whole drive.

My question is will the disk error reappear?

Is there any way to mark some broken space not to be used by the operating system ubuntu linux?

SSD盘读写有寿命。特别是反复读写某个区域，对盘的寿命有很大影响数据重要。我会换个盘，现在SSD盘也不贵了。而且SSD只用来安装程序和应用，通常也不需要500G，

I read it on internet these samsung evo ssd drive is expected to run for more than 10 years.

I just backup my data to my servers for now. I try to not spend any money for now. I spent too much on computers this year.
