下礼拜面试一个junior的.net职位，面试经验很少，准备得手忙脚乱的，希望能得到大侠们的一些指点。
这个职位的要求：
Essential Criteria
 Ability to understand the importance of business requirements and usability when developing a functional piece of software
 Must know C# .NET / ASP.NET, CSS3 / HTML5, JavaScript / jQuery, MS SQL
 Solid technical background in system design and development
 Excellent Unit and Integration testing skills
 Experience in building advanced user interface structures and work flows
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
 Motivated and forward thinking
 Strong problem solving skills

Desirable Criteria
 Working knowledge of responsive web design
 Experience in distributed software development
 PHP ( Hypertext Preprocessor)
 Service/API integration (application programming interface)
