I refer to your application to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government nomination of a Skilled - Nominated (subclass 190) visa. I am pleased to inform you that the ACT Government has agreed to nominate your Skilled-Nominated (subclass 190) visa.

You must now:

· submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) within 30 days; and
· inform us of your EOI reference number (by email: migrationservices@act.gov.au)
 
On receipt of your EOI reference number, we will confirm your ACT Government nomination with DIAC SkillSelect. You will automatically receive an invitation from DIAC SkillSelect to apply for the Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of your signed declaration acknowledging and accepting the ACT Government nomination obligations. You have agreed to inform us when your skilled migration application is decided by DIAC and, if approved, your expected arrival date in Canberra.

If your Skilled - Nominated (subclass 190) visa application to Australia is successful, you have agreed to:
· live and work in Canberra, ACT for at least two years from first arrival date;
· contact the ACT Migration Services Team within one month of your first arrival in Australia and complete a further settlement survey 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after arrival;
· inform the ACT Migration Services Team of any change to your contact details in Canberra for 24 months after arrival in order to receive and complete the settlement surveys.
ACT Government nomination is valid for 30 days from date of this letter. If we are not informed that your EOI has been lodged with DIAC SkillSelect within this time period, the offer of ACT Government nomination will expire.
