前辈高人能不能分析一下7月1日之前lodge的475将来的方向？

背景：
在移民局网站上看到新的EOI政策出来对已经有475 visa的同学可以申请489，能延长一年的居住签证---As a holder of this provisional visa, you and any dependants who were not included in your original application may be eligible to apply online for a subclass 489 visa on SkillSelect.

另外有一句The following information applies to you if you lodged an application for this visa subclass on or before 30 June 2012.这句是针对7月1日前lodge的475继续执行两年12月工作满足就转PR的解释。

但有几个问题想请教前辈高人：
1. 7月1日前已经通知体检，但因为怀孕原因要推迟的会受影响吗？
2. 如果能拿到475签证，那以后转PR还是根据以前2年居住，12个月全职工作的条件吗？
3. 如果转489，是不是意味着可以呆三年？
