EA进度3月11号，如何让评估官先把结果扫描发来呢？

目前的EA处理到3月11号的，我的是3月20号签收的，我想请评估官把结果信扫描一份email发给我，我好赶快申请州担保，但是发信到这个邮箱去msa@engineersaustralia.org.au询问的时候，Emmanuelle Wintergerst 这个人回复说：
Your file is currently in the queue, waiting to be assigned to a
migration skills assessor.
.........................
.........................
Note that we can not send you a scanned copy of the official letter per
email.

我看版上有很多人都是先得到扫描件的，不知大家是怎么做到的啊？另外如果自己找快递的话怎么联系快递去EA那里上门取件呢？

后面附上详细邮件内容，最后一句说不给发扫描件 ：（
Your file is currently in the queue, waiting to be assigned to a
migration skills assessor. The current waiting delay is 12 weeks. Please
be patient as we are currently processing applications received on 10
March 2012.

You may get an update on the date we are currently processing by
sending a blank email with the subject  STATUS to
msastatus@engineersaustralia.org.au.

Please note that unless organised otherwise, all the letters will be
sent per ordinary post.

If you wish to arrange the sending of your letter differently you may:

- Authorise a different person to act as your agent (for example a
friend or relative who is already living in Australia). In this case you
would have to fill and sign the attached form. We would then send all
communication to this person directly.

- if you have moved to an Australia, or if you have changed address,
then  you may simply notify your new address per email.

- If you wish to organise a courier pick up rather than having the
assessment letter sent per ordinary post, then
     -        Inform us that you wish to do so before we send the letter
     -        When your letter is issued, we will inform you per email that it
is ready for pick up by the courier of your choice.
     -        Then you will have to contact your courier to arrange the pick
up. Please make sure that your courier has my name, phone number, and
the pick up address as below in the signature.
     -        Your courier will then contact us to pick up the letter.
     -        I will then send you a scanned copy of the shipment waybill
containing your tracking number and all information concerning the
shipment.
     -          Please note that it is up to you to organise and pay
for it. Note also that the delivery time for a courier may vary and it
is up to you to be aware of the expecting delivery time of your
courier.


Note that we can not send you a scanned copy of the official letter per
email.

在进度已经到你的签收时间时，直接打电话过去问进度，
如果你的已经审理结束了，直接让他们扫描一份copyfile。
一般审理到你的case时，会发一个邮件给你，里面有电话的。

这个EA的进度也是真让人着急啊，希望二楼的建议管用

我当时刚好是复活节后上班第一天，审理到我了。天天早上morning追魂call，
第一天说节后事情多，
第二天说马上处理，
第三天受不了了，让我等一等，1hour后受到copyfile。
虽然是追魂call，还是要注意技巧啊，委婉一点，谦逊一点，EA还是很人性化的：）
