前几天作业版主发了他令人吐血的EA经历后， 我发现我并不孤独。 因为我有着比作业版主还丰富的EA故事。
首先说我的大体情况： 我是2010年8月31日经过DHL快递材料到ACT。 9月2日收到材料， 在DHL官网上看到材料已被签收后马上发邮件给EA并得到CID号。 由于我当时二鸭成绩仍然没有达到4个6， 所以我在EA材料的cover letter上写明我的雅思成绩不够， 等我考出来后马上安排寄送给他们。 结果这一等就是12月18号了。期间在11月25日发邮件询问了一下处理进度，并说明我会在12月中旬进行雅思考试， 当天回复说我的申请还有2周时间到。 好 那我就等雅思成绩寄过去后， 再安排评估信取件。
千算万算，我之前想到了任何能缩短时间的方式，却唯独没有考虑到一种结果：EA给我评出结果来了， 虽然我雅思仍然没有出来。 我相信我这种情况也是万中无一的吧
当我在12月21日再次发邮件给EA， 告诉他们我的雅思成绩很可能这次通过 并在取到雅思成绩单后立即寄送给他们的时候， 一个名字叫Nsangou的人出现了 。 他告诉我说我的EA评估信已经评完， 并且很慷慨地给了我一封扫描件（不能lodge用的）。 我很感激地祝他圣诞节及元旦快乐。 并日日期盼这评估信的到达。等啊等， 等到了圣诞，问门卫未果， 然后等到了元旦前夕，问门卫未果， 在焦急中我回去上海放了个假， 把一些税单什么的都做了。 元旦过了几天才回来，第一件事问门卫， 结果还是未果。我坐不住了，因为马上要春节了。 在1月18号给EA发信询问，说已经一个多月仍然没有收到， 并要求重新寄一份， 这次我会安排快递去取件。EA和assessor分别回复我了， EA的这个明显更全：
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your enquiry.
If you require a duplicate assessment outcome letter for Migration purposes, we will require you to mail or courier your request to us, including:
- completion of attached form ... please include your precise request, confirmation of address, assessment client ID number (3837260) and AUD$80 (or $88 incl.GST) admin fee
AND
- a Statutory Declaration/Affidavit stating what you believe has happened to the original letter and why you require another (Stat Dec/Affidavit to be appropriately endorsed by a Notary Public, etc). We need to be assured that you have not already used the letter for an application for Permanent Residency
Apologies for the formalities .... but we are required by DIAC to take some steps to ensure against mischievous use of the original letter issued.

什么？ 还要我公证？是不是要我问候你祖宗十八代啊。 于是我就再次发邮件，说明我这个声明公证处是做不来的，并且在EA要求re-issue材料的declaration中说到在中国公证书是无法做信件丢失声明公证的。然后在2月底通过TNT把这些材料寄过去了， 中间3月2日发邮件说明我的材料已经到悉尼，提醒他们近期收件
Dear Sir,
I have arranged carrier (TNT) to send my re-issue materials to your office several days ago, and the latest status shows that it has been arrived at Sydney just as the attachment says. I suppose it will be sent to your office in recent days. Please notice that. And I asked an express agent (TNT) to pick up my assessment letter this time.
For paying the delivery fee myself, I should provide the COURIER FREIGHT COLLECT ACCOUNT NO. - that is XXXXX (my payment account number). Please kindly phone the TNT Australia to let them pick my letter up when it's ready, and for the post address, please write my latest nominated address XXXXXX). Or else, TNT Australia will send it to the address with this account number (TNT agent address), which will delay the documents as well as costing me more money. If it is not allowed, please email or call me (+86-186XXXXXXXX) first, then I will contact my TNT agent to arrange it. I hope it won't bother you too much.

。最终材料3月4号送到EA并签收。 为什么用TNT呢， 因为我想安排TNT代理帮我取件，因为DHL已经取消进口临时到付了， 没有公司的DHL帐号是无法取件的。 而TNT有些代理是可以由他们代理公司帐号取件的。 再看到邮件被EA工作人员收到之后， 我马上发邮件给assessor，也就是之前提到的Nsangou， 说明邮件已经被EA的人收到，要求尽快处理，结果当天没回（这天是周五）。
这样熬到了8号 我实在等不了了，因为我要尽早安排TNT取件了。所以就又给assessor发信了， 并附上EA签收的图片给他， 并询问他什么时候能安排TNT取件。 9号一大早起床就打开邮箱， 看到assessor的回信：
Dear Sir,
I have received your documents and a duplicate letter was posted to your address on 7 March 2011.
It is too late now to organise a courier pick-up as your letter has already been posted
Kind regards
什。什么？ 又用平信寄出来了？ 你TMD 我之前写了两封邮件说安排TNT去取， 到付帐号都告诉你了， 还给我平邮？ 我很严重地问候了assessor的祖宗们。
接下来我就不断地等啊等， 等到了今天， 楼下的信箱还是空的。难道要叫我re-re-issue？
看到了作业版主的EA经历， 我感叹我并不孤独。 在这锤锤我们的评估信 ， 并欢迎各位同学的评论。
