Feb 27 2011 Special Bushwalking at Springwood Blue Mt

As some of us will join Melbournehiking Club on March 12/13, 2011 for 2 days walks by carrying camping gears at Wilson Prom National Park of Victoria, we are going to have special training course for this Sunday Feb 27, 2011 and next Sunday March 6, 2011.

In addtion to easy walk "Martin Lookout to Lost World" at Springwood of Blue Mountains Natioal Park for 3-4 hours, some of us could enjoy bonus "Martin Lookout Loop Walk" for other 4-5 hours if they perfer.

Some of us could walk part of the second track if time permit, starting at Martin Lookout.

两条TRACK的MAX TIME都是6个小时，这6个小时肯定有的呀，所以为什么不选第二条呢？

因为要为三月中猫本行走出状态，我们对这两个星期的special bushwalking是有点期望的，起码期望级别是中级以上，周日有两条线，虽然peter说第一条是easy level,但我们很希望能增加点难度，甚至把第二条线调上来。

所以，新人一定要有心理准备哦。。。上个星期有位新mm就走到双脚没力，无奈放弃下到瀑布底，但上次其实难度不算大的。

我相信体能是能练出来的，我以前的老板弱不禁风，大我10年，从不运动，换了工作后终于有时间运动了，最近竟然跑完马拉松，不是半马哦。所以，循序渐进即可。

It would be good exercise to carry hiking pack (by SIZE and WEIGHT) for this Sunday if possible,

I remembered I had one hiking pack containing 6-8 liters water, 2 liters red-wine, 4-6 botters of german beers, fruits, foods, clothes, sleeping bag, camping mat,  stover and gas, 1st aid pack and so on up to 28 KG in Snow Mountains last month.  

It was not hard to walk with such pack, but it was easy to run without any loading.

瓜的重量太集中，就像潜水的气瓶，10kg背起来像30kg,我这种刚起步的还是找点重量能均匀分布的东东练吧

杠铃可比这个重多了。可调重量的哑铃一般都是这么重，一个10kg，一对20kg。

强烈建议3月5－6日去 six foot track 进行2天45公里负重训练。

Yes, we could cook rice.

Six-Foot-Track sounds good idea. We walked on March 21/22 2010.

for joining great hiking and camping at the six-foot-track of blue mountains for this weekend March 20 and 21.

Some of us walked 30 km with 1130 meters ascent and 1720 meters descent for 7 hours on Saturday and 15 km with 1160 meters ascent and 390 meters descent for less than 4 hours on Sunday. We had cake at Laure for one of mate birthday today.

Everyone enjoyed very much with different experience.

By the way, this track of 45 KM with 2290 meters ascent and 2010 meters descent could be finished for 10.5-11.0 hours (one day only). Please contact peter on 0402 817 164 for your intention if you ar keen to challenge.

啊？？ 走完我怕走不动wilsons promo了

但那里河边附近的营地确实不错，不下雨不total fire ban, six foot track是个好选择
