是不是不能直接考试，必须去参加那个课程？

‘Where do I book to do a knowledge test? You do not need to book, simply go to one of our Roadready Centres and undertake the test, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-11am’

貌似指的是 ‘ complete a Road Ready program’ 的地点，是 school 'or through a road ready centre'?
