其实澳洲人做事似乎不是那么死，我第一次雅思考砸了，成绩寄给IEA，心里特别担心，结果他们后来破格接受了我的不合格成绩。所以所谓的不能申诉可能就是不敢开这个口子，因为一开的话估计所有人就都申诉了，真被冤枉的一定要执着的申诉，他们肯定不能不闻不问的。

我的建议,还是重新申请.因为,136是不能够上诉的.你可以把材料申请现在就提交,同时,试试补充材料给现在的CO看看.这样,就不会耽误时间了.而且,在新的申请表上有是否申请过澳洲移民的项目,要说明被拒签的原因的.

如果真的是你的材料不真实，也就认了。可是，错也不全是你一个人的。可气的是竟然不给人一个说话的机会。

这个世界上没有绝对的公平，但是，没道理所有的错误都让你一个人承担。就算为了自己的清白，也要申诉。我还记得你说的话“真的假不了”。

要是我，我会掳着袖子打上门去。即使他们怀疑我写程序的能力，但是不能侮辱我的人品。

那一定是VO弄错了，抓紧时间搜集材料申诉，一定要他们明白你的所有材料都是真实的，这样即使这次成功不了，也不要让他们认为你有造假的行为。

首先，为biner同学的事情感到非常难过，长时间的煎熬换来的是这样的结果非常不公平。
另外，难道就不能投诉他们吗？如果能提供足够的证据和请个好律师应该是有可能的吧。
最后，biner也不要难过，oz不成还可以申请加拿大啊，还有其他国家，人生经历最为宝贵。

2。推荐信项目不是你的，为什么问我？

话中委婉要锐利带刺，只要你抓住他们的错误，移民局就会有机会。我刚拿到fn，但他们就弄错了4次，先是我名字，后是我地址，再是我出生地，还有好多。。。我不知道。移民局太乱了。
