I am writing to submit my application of Skill - Independent Visa (Class BN, Subclass 136). There is a list of materials I sent to you below:
1. 136 Checklist;
2. Form 47SK;
3. Application fee: AU$ 1,990 Bank cheque;
4. Satisfactory skills assessment letter from ACS;
5. Employer reference letter;
6. Notarial Certificate of experience;
7. Notarial Certificate of earning;
8. My Resume;
9. Notarial Certificate passports of my wife and I;
10. Notarial Certificate of birth certificates of my wife and I;
11. Notarial Certificate of my marriage certificate;
12. Completed form 80 for my wife and I;
13. Four recent passport photographs for my wife and I;
14. Notarial Certificate of Diploma of mine;
15. Notarial Certificate of Academic Record of mine;
16. Address labels.
Other documents I submitted for ACS about 10 months ago are as follow:
17. Employer reference letter;
18. Notarial Certificate of my work experience.
I do not have the evidence of my English language ability now but I will arrange an Ielts test recently and ask the test centre forward the test score to the DIAC directly.
