不在澳洲境内证明怎么开？

清华认证和职业认证都要求开不在澳洲境内证明（因为交的申请费比境内申请人低），官方是这么写的A certified Statutory Declaration or Affidavitstating you are not in Australia at the time of applying。请问有人做过么？怎么做啊？

在楼下热心同学的帮助下，找到答案了，写在这里，希望可以造福其他人

I live overseas and need to make a statutory declaration
You will need to find a witness who is both:  

■on the list of authorised witnesses
■has a connection with Australia.
For example, a doctor who is registered to practise medicine in Australia can witness your declaration, but a doctor who is not registered in Australia cannot.

You can use a notary to witness your statutory declaration. They must be appointed in Australia, under their local state or territory legislation, to be able to witness Commonwealth statutory declarations.

You can find someone who is an authorised witness at the nearest Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website has contact details:



还有如果在中国境内申请的，是不是所有的certified copy都只能在公证处开啊？那些警察，律师，大学教师可以公证，都是针对澳洲境内的吧？

首先，Statutory Declaration可以在http://www.ag.gov.au/Statutorydeclarations/Pages/default.aspx得到模板

你需要写你不在澳洲之类的话，并且签字

但是，现在的问题是：你不在澳洲，怎么找JP之类的人帮你证明？

Statutory Declaration需要当着JP的面签字

那个JP就是你的证人，也需要签字

国内找一警察代替这个JP也可以。

问题是还有一句是如果找澳洲境外的医生律师之类的，要求他们必须是与澳洲有联系的

反正你现在也找不到JP什么的

那就随便找一个相近的吧

或者去开个中文证明，然后公证处能翻译的

只是，这样一圈折腾下来，你到底还能省下多少钱？
