1022和1023表

大家1022和1023都是怎么写的？

1 打印出来，钢笔填写，扫描上传
2 直接编辑PDF，打印出来，钢笔签名，扫描上传
3 直接编辑PDF，保存，上传

还有，在elodge175的时候，不小心把父母归到了dependents，这个需要用1023表更改吗？我觉得CO都不一定看这个。。。。。。

我是直接编辑PDF，打印出来，钢笔签名，扫描上传.

我在elodge175的时候，因为老婆护照未办，暂归到了不随迁；后来我咨询移民局后用1023表更改。
但所有更改事项的最终完成要由分CO后人工作业。
1022表是事项有变化时用来补充的；
1023表是分CO前申请人主动更改笔误或差错的。

2、几人有体检表？
3、你何时提交？

系统上1个主申请人(我),2个附申请人(老婆和孩子)
3个人都有体检表
今年5月提交

申请人理没有我父母,这种情况还需要填1023表改吗?

你如果确定“在elodge175的时候，不小心把父母归到了dependents”，就用1023表更改一下吧，没有什么成本。

不然CO问你dependents的人员不随迁的安排等等，你怎么回答。

Thank you for your email in relation to your visa application under Australia's General Skilled Migration program.

In order to inform the department of incorrect information provided during your application process you will need to complete Form 1023 Notification of incorrect answer(s) and submit it to this office.  This form is available from the department's website at <http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1023.pdf>

Alternatively, you can obtain the form from your nearest Australian Embassy or immigration office. Contact details for the department's offices are available at <http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/index.htm>

We prefer that these forms or any additional documents are scanned and emailed to us:

The email address for scanned documents is gsm.documents@immi.gov.au

Your case officer, once appointed will contact you during the processing of your application if any further information is required.

1 打印出来，钢笔填写，扫描上传        ------------------    可以，但是可能字迹潦草影响辨认（尤其是扫描过后）
2 直接编辑PDF，打印出来，钢笔签名，扫描上传        ------------------    可以，这个应该是推荐的方式
3 直接编辑PDF，保存，上传        ------------------    保存这步如何做到呢？DIAC提供的PDF是不可保存的，而且电子件没有签名是无效的。
