标题: 请问一下457的出路
弄了个457过来澳洲了，目前工作也算可以。税前10万，可我觉得我来澳洲的目的不是为了钱。我想尽快拿下PR，然后买房子安顿一切。没PR买房子也不现实，毕竟没身份啊。。。这个457也只是个TR而已。
公司也有不少跟我一样的同事也是457，但不是中国过来的。他们都是英国加拿大的，所以他们更本就不在乎这个什么PR的。我们中国人也不能跟他们比。
所以我想问下大家，我目前这种情况如何申请PR。。。应该走哪条路，有的人说等2年然后公司赞助，可我想早点PR早点买房子，而且2年后的政策说变就变。现在不就是71新政，雅思要4个7 ，个人觉得口语拿下7分还是很难的。自己也在DIAC网上研究了一番，可有些PR对于live in australia, live outside australia都是不同对待的，而且很多都subject to point test。貌似457的最光明的前途就是公司sponsor申请pr。我不想这样做，一个时间长，要等2年，而且我问了HR，他说公司赞助了还要给公司再多服务3年，不过这个也无可厚非，毕竟公司sponsor也出了不少钱。
请大家给我出点主意吧，我就是想尽快通过合法的手段途径拿到pr<z自己申请吧，不想欠公司人情，也等不及。。。。谢谢大家。

在DIAC网站上看到关于point test分数达不到的建议的摘录：

Prospective applicants who are unable to achieve the required number of points to apply for skilled migration may want to consider their eligibility for an alternative migration option, such as the Employer Nomination Scheme or Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.

具体情况就是目前持有457，要想独立申请考试雅思就得4个7，否则只能让雇主担保申请PR。其他条件一般

移民局的评分标准是公开的，你的情况是隐私的。只有你偷偷地对照评分标准给自己选方案了。

雇主担保除了457的TR，还有121或119这类PR。

Thanks, because as far as I know, the 457 to 856 is two years working experience. I am not sure you are talking about this kind of PR.

Mine English is totally poor.....

You are true. According to the point tests, I estimated without 4*7 I cannot get independent PR.

omg...i totally misunderstand this for a long time....see below from 856 egilibity

You must also meet one of the following requirements:

•have worked full-time in Australia in the nominated occupation on a Subclass 418, 421, 422, 428, 444, 457 or 461 temporary residence visa for the last two years prior to the visa application being made (including at least the last 12 months with the nominating employer)
•have been nominated to fill a position with a base salary of more than AUD250 000 per annum (excluding superannuation or allowances)
•have had your skills assessed as suitable by the relevant skills assessing authority and, unless exceptional circumstances apply, have at least three years full-time work experience in the occupation before the visa application is lodged. A list of assessing bodies can be found in the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL).

One of the requirements, I only got to read the first clause...........sigh....

Definitely. This is about the status living in AU. I want stable life. dont wanna TR.

其实457如果自己申请PR的话跟别的人没有什么两样.只是多了澳洲工作经验分数罢了.

工作表现好，还怕公司不给你担保吗？有的必有失吧，既然楼主独立申请又问题，那就委屈求全吧，请公司帮你担保啦

好歹你的收入也不错，比这里很多独立技术移民过来的人生活的滋润多了呢，不是么~~~

楼主 457 就是要雇主担保才能最快拿到PR的。
楼主，要知道这个年头大家都没得选，我知道楼主不希望过被人捏在手里，要看人眼色的生活，没办法啊！连胡温都要看人脸色，更何况我等了。

你所说的独立技术移民，境内的（onshore）885,886签证都不适用于457的持有人，你没法申请的。
除非你要交离境offshore的技术移民申请，这样就要走point test了，有很多东西要准备比如雅思4个7是避免不了的了。
来来回回折腾的即使最后真能办成，应该都超过两年了，还不如856呢。

一天没来，收到大家好多回复啊，好温馨。我也是觉得自己移民好辛苦，公司是肯担保，公司HR之前告诉我如果要公司担保，必须至少再多为公司工作3年。其实我这个人对钱也没多少计较，其实现在薪水也不错。

我的意思就是想早点拿到PR早点安稳，不然公司肯定会拖我到2年之后才给我申请PR。这2年就是个坎。。。不知道大家理解我的意思吗。。。。

对啊，457走856是最直接，其他好多PR都申请不了，我都看了，特别郁闷。
