问题1：不太明白下面的第4项是指什么？是否是指学历，学位公证？如果是，下面的4个是否是格式？
对头，就是学历学位公证，其实学校档案馆开的密封件就可以了。当然你去公证更好。下面四个是叫你开出来的公证书里要包括这四项信息。
