FYI - Speed Limit Reduction in the City from Monday 20 June

From the City of Perth…

Good Morning,

Hope you are well. I wanted to let you know about the upcoming speed limit changes in the City, reflecting the people first, public transport second, cars last approach adopted by the City of Perth.
From Monday 20 June, the majority of the roads in the CBD will drop to a 40km speed limit. Please find attached additional information.

Please feel free to circulate this information within your workplace, friends, family and any others that you feel appropriate.
It would be great to get the word out to all those who may drive/carpool into or via the CBD for meetings, work, or for shopping, entertainment and so on.

It is said that all public sector employees got pay raised.

But dont know i can enjoy the benifit or not. (Switching to public sector next week)

State gov. (The pay is still nearly 10k lower than my current one!

)
Actually i've rejected an offer from council (City of Perth), coz the pay was much much lower than my current one.

State gov is much better than local councils, as they are a lot richer and are taking control over local govs ...

Starting from over 11 years ago, I was playing electronic devices all the way, continue to do that in state gov.

Wrap up and package ur Selection Criteria, CV, and cover letter (optional) according to the job desc. Just submit, they will contact u if u r close to the pos in terms of qualification and experience.

I dont know how to upload a PDF file, every time i tried, just a blank file.

Anyway, the pdf file is the government notice of chaning speed limit in Perth CBD area.

Get a screenshot from it.

不需要什么公务员考试那种，就像一般的企业招聘一样吗？

在澳洲公務員不吃香，因為真的是公僕，薪水不高，不過休假到是很正常，也不加班，SUPER好像有12%以上。

我看過政府職位大概就是4.X-6.X 萬年薪居多 ------

钱少点不打紧，能供得上一个容身之处就行（单收入还是比较辛苦的，如果有两个做工也能过上不错的简单生活），重要的是有比较多的quality family time, 那就是来澳洲的目的。

趁现在孩子还小多陪他们玩，等过几年就整天想着跟自己的朋友玩了，巴不得里父母远点。。
