标题: 急问,收到过CO补料email的tx进
刚收到CO要求补料的email. 8个附件
有一个附件 INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES,里面说了一堆reference需要include的要点。
还有一个附件Request Checklist，里面只有体检、无刑和副申雅思

请教已收到过补料信的tx，你们的补料附件里有INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES吗？
不明白CO啥意思。是需要补工作相关信息？但request checklist里没提呀

求高人解答

核对下你们之前提交的reference letter是否包括了co要求的几点？

就是要重新交一份工作证明，但新的工作证明最好要和旧的那份想对应，这样CO就不会认为你是弄虚作假的了。

看你是ACS的，怎么会不知道呢？就是当初的那封推荐信啊。你当时不是应该一式两份（有条件一式三份），一份给ACS，另一份给DIAC么？

另外你可以补充和公司的劳动合同以及工资单扫描件，就是为了证明你的工作经历是真实的。

推荐信所有的要求都符合呀

楼上说的工作证明具体指什么？hr开的工作证明？

其它收到过补料信tx，有收到过这个附件吗？

所以不明白什么意思。。。

工资单，税单，劳动合同都交了

EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES有没有要求要单位盖章？如果没有的话就是要自己陈述一下自己的具体工作就得了。

会不会是需要最新的，11月份的不能证明11月份到lodge这段时间的工作内容，因为要求是IMMIDIATE 4年的工作经验

176只需要一年工作经验啊
难道要交三年的资料？

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES
Applicants for skilled migration must provide verifiable documentary evidence of skilled work
experience covering the required period of employment.
Any employment evidence presented with the application must contain enough
information to satisfy the visa decision maker that the applicant meets the work
experience requirement.
For the assessment of the work experience requirement, employment references
should contain the following information about the employee:

Exact period of employment (date of commencement and termination), including:
❍ whether permanent or temporary
❍ full or part time
❍ the main five duties undertaken
❍ the salary earned
❍ include a payslip from your current employment; this is especially important for
applicants working in government departments.
❍ position/s held
Employment references should be written on the official letterhead of the company or government
department and also contain the following information about the
Employer/s: ****Enter: Name of Employer/s ****
● Contact details for the company including postal and street address, telephone and fax
numbers, email and website addresses
● Contact details for the person authorised to sign the employment reference including full
name, and position, telephone number and signature
● Organisation chart for the company where appropriate
If the applicant fails to provide sufficient evidence of employment, there is likely to be a
significant delay in processing of the visa application.
Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of employment for the relevant period will result in
refusal of the visa application.

employment references的说明看起来还是像推荐信

难道是co手抖多添加了一个附件？要不写信问问co吧。。

应该不是手抖,INSTRUCTION里有提到主申名字

所以上来问问这是不是常规附件，如果其他tx的补料信都没这个附件，那我就再补点工作材料过去。
如果是大家都收到的，我就不补了，直接ignore。。。。。

我已经提交过acs用的那份reference

有的，而且是在我已经upload了ACS推荐信的情况下。因为当我lodge的时候，已经通过ACS半年了。而距离开出推荐信已经将近一年了。我相信大多数人都是一样。

因为签证的评分是从你lodge的那一刻开始算的。所以前四年当中三年的工作经验加分就需要你提供现在工作的证据。我扫描上传了劳动合同（我们公司的合同是中英文双语的），以及从去年5月开始的每一个月的工资单（这个我自己翻译了一个样本）。然后CO就把我这项设成“MET”了。

其实我还去银行打印了自己帐号的流水帐，不过没有上传，看来并不是必须的。

昨天在网上小范围问了一下，这不是常规附件，也有几个tx没收到附件滴

我的推荐信日期是去年11月的，3月份lodge,时间差得也不多。
反正后来又补了些手头有的材料过去，比如银行流水，一年工资单，薪资调整信，然后把reference letter原封不动传了下。

tristone,你是按三年工作经验来准备材料的吗？我没有claim specific work experience,只准备了一年的工作经验。
