标题: 刚刚收到VIC的回复，VIC把我的申请日期从11月4日推到11月25日
Thank you for the application for Victorian Government nomination under the 176 - Sponsored visa scheme.

The Victorian Government is currently finalising procedures in obtaining industry feedback for ICT occupations, and unfortunately this has meant a delay in providing you with the outcome of the sponsorship application.

We apologise for this delay and will have a decision for you as soon as possible.

下面是今天早上收到的。好像咱们现在也没有证据是什么时候提交的了，他们已经把Track的功能关掉了。
我明明是11月4日提交的，怎么生生地往后推迟了三周啊！VIC太无耻了！
12周，他们想怎么算怎么算，而且可以找个借口，随便拖延。

我也收到了。理论上应该所有ICT都会收到吧。不知道delay的结果是会收紧还是放松ICT的政策。听天由命吧。呵呵。

1月30以后会停止接受所有 ICT的新申请（不是指那个 1.31-2.7 的维护）

和我猜想的一样啊，就是说要开始算配额了，哪些职业配额满了，就从列表里删了，不再接受新申请了。

一月份提交申请的ICT们都收到了这个邮件，看来有可能一推就是几个月了。
实在是等不起，大家觉得是否有必要写封信问问，大概要Delay多久？

We are writing to inform you that no further applications for ICT occupations will be accepted after 30 January 2011 as places remaining are limited. All applications currently in process, and received prior to this date, will be assessed against current guidelines and the availability of places under the annual occupational quotas. An outcome will be provided in due course.

刚刚给VIC去了一封邮件，问大概要Delay多久。等着看看他们怎么答复。
建议大家都去信问问，能给他们一点压力吧? 无论是准还是拒，早点给个信，现在这样太折磨人了。。。
VIC太没准了，说不定一推又是好几个月，他们总是能找出一堆解释。去年有的TX不就是等了半年才拿到结果吗？

Whilst there was a duplicate case for your application this has been rectified and will have no affect on the outcome of your application. There is now only one application and the reference number for this is SS-2010-034XX

我是11/4申请的，原来id是SS-2010-021XX

另外，引用一下国外论坛上刚得到VIC批准的email

Dear Xxxxxx YYYYYYY,

This is just an email to confirm that following your emails and our telephone conversation, I have amended the error on your file. I have issued you a new letter regarding your successful application which you should have received by email. This has the correct occupation according to your application for state sponsorship.

Your nominated occupation is ANZSCO 261399 Software and Applications Programmers nec

which correlates to the skill assessment you provided which was ASCO 2231-79 Computer Professionals nec.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Please quote Reference Number : SS-2010-02253 in all of your communication to us.

说明现在按照顺序号在批

所以反而11/4递交的TX因为VIC系统故障，号码排到后面去了，活生生多等若干周延迟，后面几天递交的因为没有系统故障(所谓duplicate case of application), 反而开始处理了

我的ID也是从21××改到34××，我估计他们在11月25日把我的ID改了，然后就从这天开始算了。

应该不会吧？即使是系统故障，也应该按照申请的时间顺序来啊，而且很多11月初的申请人case id都被提升了（从02xxx-到03xxx）
虽然有一些人case id没有变，但是那也只有很少的人。现在02xxx的应该没啥人了吧。

系统故障的时候我查了下变成03XXX了，后来收到确认信里面还是老ID

I've just sent another email asking why application date is the 25th Nov, instead of the 4th Nov, when I applied the SMP actually with all required documents.
I mentioned the fact that my reference ID was changed from 21** to 34**. Waiting response from VIC....
