标题: 求教：VISA的有效期还有一年，现在申请RRV能否成功
我的PR签证还有1年才到期。而目前，我居住时间也不到2年。
请问，我现在申请RRV的话，成功的可能性有多大？
我的配偶持有RRV签证。

根据 155.212（4a)The applicant meets the requirements of this subclause if the applicant is a member of the family unit of a person who:

(a) has been granted a Subclass 155 visa and that visa is still in effect
