The maximum height of a fence within 9 metres of a point of intersection of street alignments is 1.0 metre. Note that the street alignment is the front title boundary, not the kerb and channel.
看了一下好像是说Freeway旁边的房子的围墙不能超过2米 其他不能超过1.5m?
可是第二段是什么意思呢？ 我看不懂什么是a point of intersection of street alignments.

第二段的意思是，離你家入口算起，9米內只能做一公尺高，因為我住的地方最近剛修過FENCE。

看了一下解释
原来应该这么断句 (a fence within 9 metres of (a point of intersection)) of street alignments
是说如果你的fence of street alignments离一个point of intersection的9m以内的话 那么他不能超过1m高
就说说如果你的房子在一个corner block的话 才有作用
