标题: 软件测试 - 职位信息 - 墨尔本 (不定期更新)。
可能很多人都有这样的经历：经常从某些中介或者雇主那里得到一些职位信息，但是自己用不上，比如不符合自己，或者自己根本不考虑换职位等等。一般来说中介或者雇主主动找上门来的职位，希望比较大一些。这些职位自己用不上，又不能让更多人分享的话，浪费了也是可惜。

我在考虑我们这里可不可以根据行业类别（比如，软件开发，软件测试，会计，网络，Reception，Labour等等）设置相应的置顶贴，如果有热心的朋友想要发布这样的信息，可以以跟贴的方式进行更新。如果有朋友有兴趣呢，就可以和发布信息的人联系。

不知道这个想法是不是可行？

Our client is seeking the skills of an experienced Test Analyst to join their Test Team. Working on the testing of various product releases, the objective of the Test Analyst is to analyse test data, specifications and business requirements then design and construct test conditions and test scrips (both automated and manual).

To be considered for the Test Analysts’ position, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following criteria

·       Ability to engage with various stakeholders  to discuss business needs – test manager, key business representatives, lead developers and integration vendors
·       Experience in identifying and capturing resource and data requirements for testing
·       Ability to create test plans, estimating, scheduling, writing and executing test cases
·       Providing test estimates based on requirements and design documentation as required
·       Proven experience with automated testing (QTP) and Quality Centre (QC) for test execution and defect management
·       Understanding of UAT and E2E testing processes
·       Ability to compile and manage test data
·       Relevant tertiary qualification or ISTQB certification

Having 3+ years experience as a tester and at least two years experience in automated testing with QTP, you should be an excellent communicator across all levels, be driven, self motivated and be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and be able to meet tight deadlines.
