找工作没人看雅思，澳洲学历倒是有点帮助，考听说和专业技术能力吧。

看经验，看语言，也要看什么IT，编程对语言稍低点。雅思没人看。

找工作不看雅思成绩。

雅思不看的，国内工作经验如果不是国际知名大公司也基本忽略不计。主要看的还是本地教育经历和工作经验。我推荐朋友来公司的时候HR只确定了她有本地相关工作经验和本地教育经历（高中开始）就马上电话通知她OK了。

forget about Ielts, the employer doesn't care about your ielts, what they care about if you can communicated effectively with others. let's say, if you can communicated with them without any particulates, that's ok
