1. 在移民局的文件上，关于points for Partner skills,能够加5分的：
If your partner is included in your application you may be awarded points if he or
she is:
• able to satisfy ‘basic requirements’ including age, English language ability,
qualifications, nominated occupation, recent skilled work experience or the
two year full-time study requirement; and
• obtained a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for
their nominated occupation.
里面的obtained a positive skills assessment，这一项是不是意味着我也需要通过技术评估，比如ACS的？
这种partner的技术评估标准是否和主申请人是一样的？会降低标准吗？那我的职业也需要在最新的SOL里面是吗？
如果是这样的话，这5分真的加的挺不容易的。我现在其实挺郁闷的，我在公司的title是software engineer，但是
做的事情基本上都是测试，本来想写简历的时候往自动化测试开发上靠，但是今天看了同志们的一些文章，我觉得测试
基本上是没有希望了。
3. 关于年龄的问题，移民局的文件上写的：Age at time of application。这个年龄就是给移民局提交申请时的年龄是吗？
因为我们是81年底的，年纪也不小了，现在的打算是今年9月前提交ACS评估资料，2011年初提交给移民局，我们算是29还是30呢？
我个人认为是29岁，因为我们应该是2011年底才算满30吧。汗~~
