标题: 租房补贴
一个很老掉牙的问题，租房补贴，曾经有朋友说过一个月能有400多，把我羡慕的不行

今天闲的无聊到centerlink网站上一查，不是最多只有300左右么，难道是我看错了？
看英语忒累，哪位领这个补助的能不能告诉我需要符合什么条件？说不定我们也能领到个一块八毛的，那什么，苍蝇再小，也是一坨肉啊

在纽省最高也就260多

回ls，nsw的centrelink补助要求是住满104周，也就是2年
中途离开澳洲的时间不计算在内｀｀

呃~~我是说，大部分中国人都有房子情结，无关有钱没钱，2年期间有工作的也可以贷款买房了，好赖都是自己的小窝

我觉得没有那么容易啊，利息一直在涨，而且只工作两年，除非是很不错的工资，不然扣掉房租，水电，吃饭之类的，也不剩多少了，一家人的开销还是很大的，什么时候才能攒够首付啊？
当然，有父母帮忙的除外

You may be eligible for Rent Assistance if you:

* receive a pension (special rules apply if you are under 21 years and receive Disability Support Pension[1]), or
* have dependent children and get more than the base rate of Family Tax Benefit[2], or

貌似以上的条件除了有孩子外，其它的allowance都要居住满2年的，中途离开的天数是不算的
我有打电话给过centerlink问关于youth allowance的，
我告诉他们我中途离开过1个月，他们强调说离开的这个月不计算在2年内。

我看得是要拿这个，一定要有在另某种其它补助，如果你没有另其它的钱这个也没有

税收这么高，房租开销又大，养车也不便宜，存钱太难～
