标题: EA关于职业代码变化的说明-within 12 months
What does this mean for people applying for a Migration Skills Assessment by Engineers Australia?

Up to and including 30 June 2010, assessment outcome letters will be issued in ASCO codes only
From and including 1 July 2010, assessment outcome letters will be issued in ANZSCO codes only ... this will also apply to any reissued outcomes after that date
Please note - For applicants who hold, or are about to hold, an assessment outcome letter with an ASCO code issued by this office prior to 1 July 2010, and who lodge an application to DIAC within 12 months of the date of this letter:

DIAC have advised us that they will honour the ASCO code assessment for a period of 12 months after the introduction of the new SOL, or the expiry date of their 12-month validity of the assessment outcome letter, whichever is the sooner.

是说在评估结果issue的12个月内申请，老代码还是有效的，但肯定还是要符合新的SOL
我觉得是这个意思。

真是搞阿！这是EA给我的回信，估计是写错了，产生歧义了，当然以EA官网为准咯

意思是7/1之前由EA签发的评估结果，如果在12个月之内或者评估结果信有效期内(以哪个先到期为准)递交GSM移民申请，都是可以用老ASCO Code

没错，第二个是我写信去问，他回信给我的内容，我也是发现跟官网不一样。

呵呵，我相信有用的
偏偏今天就是评估的我的，结果说20号寄出，我只能相信有用了，全都去从新评估，澳洲就太无耻了

我觉得应以官网的为准。

就是说老代码是12个月内有效的。

我的EA评估材料是5约10日签收的，按照老的代码（civil，2124-11）填的申请表，该如何是好？

怎么还有人有幻想呢？！
七月一日前，职业评估编码用的是ASCO Code，但七月一后用的是ANZSCO Code。信中的内容明确说明此细节影响了在七月一日前已经拿到职业评估但没有申请移民的学生。这些学生可以1.在七月一日之前递交移民，含ASCO Code的职业评估信仍然有效。2.但有效期只能维持特定的时间（此时间是ANZSCO Code实行后的12个月和工程职业评估信12个月有效期过期时间对比，哪个比较短哪个就是职业评估的有效期）

ACS的评估71前你如果没递交的话就是作废的！！就是这个道理，怎么还有那么多人不明白？！faint

楼上说的是ACS，俺们讨论的是EA，貌似大家不对路呀。。。

很明显diac对EA和ACS的态度是不同的
这主要是因为EA的专业新旧sol比较容易匹配，很多都是原名异号
ACS则差异很大
