you should go to city to do the translation under victoria government authorisation.

not every people can do it.

u can go to vicroad and ask them where is the places can do this kind of translation.

如果是PR 可以直接到Box Hill AMES做翻译。不过一般都要等个一个星期才能寄到家里。
