further不代表什么意思!几乎可以忽视。

If you are in the CSL, "further" means you will be allocated CO soon, or you are already allocated CO. Otherwise just ignor, nothing will happen.

如果是non-CSL的话，还有further的必要吗？

There is a pre-evaluation before CO can be allocated. Immigration officer (not CO) will look at your file and determine whether you are eligible for pirority processing. That's what "Application been processed further" means.
