no standing 和 no stopping 是一样的， 不能停。
no parking 是可以停车下人， 但是不能泊车。

确定啊，英文如下：
NO standing:This sign means that in the area you cannot stand your vehicle except to stop to pick up or set down passengers.
NO stopping:THIS sign means in the area you must not stop you vehicle at any point on the road or kerb, unless there is a medical or other emergency.

这个是no stopping 和no parking好吧！
如果RTA这样写当然按他们的，我是按手上的一本rta的交规找出来的。也许是两年前的了。
