标题: 5/28 E175: non-migrating dependants （CO:KYM PALMER）
5/28的E175收到CO KYM PALMER（Team 7)的补料信。郁闷的是我错误地登记了我爸爸和公公为non-migrating dependants.所以他找我要关于他们的证明。

我能否和CO说他们并非我的dependants，我错误地登记了他们？
我爸爸应该不会去澳洲的，而且他们并不依靠我生活。还有如果说他们不是dependants,是否将来就不能给他们做团聚移民了?
哎,总有搞错的东西.郁闷.

You have listed in this application XXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXX, as your non-migrating
dependants. Under Regulation 1.05A of the Migration (1994) Regulations, a dependant is defined
as someone who is 'wholly or substantially dependent on another person for financial support'.
As a general guide, unmarried children under 18 years of age and living with the family unit are
considered prima facie dependent. Where an applicant includes another relative as a dependant,
the onus is on the applicant to show that the relative is dependent on the applicant. So that this
office can assess whether or not the above are your dependants, please provide further
documentary evidence of dependency to support your claim.

我看到给我的补料信中说:
Changes in circumstances
If your circumstances have changed since application lodgement and as a result an answer in
your application or information given to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship is no
longer correct, you must advise us in writing as soon as possible.
Examples of a change in circumstances include:
● changes to address and/or contact details
● changes to employment eg a new job
● obtaining a new passport
● new member of the family unit
● discovery that information previously provided is incorrect.

奇怪的是他没有找我要:
我,我老公的出生公证.(有人说必须给的呀.)
我的学历,学位的清华大学公证.

要了:
体检证明,老公英语能力证明.
无邢证明.
父母的依赖关系证明.

出生公证自己先提交吧，这次不要下次就要了
清华认证如果不要语言加分或者已经有学校的中文授课证明就不需要

我claim了语言分的.没有提中文授课证明.但是给了中英文成绩单.学校给的学历,学位证明也是中英文对照的.

这个 non-migrating dependants 是在哪里填写的阿。。？

记得lodged 的时候，是填写了父母、兄弟姐妹的信息，难道这个不应该填写么？

专门有一栏NON MIGRATING DEPENDANTS 的.

偶猜你应该写在other family 里？。。。如果是这样，就用1023表更正错误吧。
