标题: IT工作一年后，从新做acs评估应该申请哪一类？
各位好
我it工作一年了，现在能不能用毕业时申请的2231-79（nec）去申请modl，还是要重新申请一遍acs评估？我想去申请modl中的2231-79（security）。谢谢

acs 评估至少需要4年工作经验的

Skills Assessment和recently graduate是不一样的。。。

而且，Skills Assessment对时间要求明确规定：References covering a minimum of four (4), six (6) or eight (8) years full-time equivalent are recommended.

2.4. GROUP C Recent Graduates of an Australian University
Recent Work Experience Exemption
2.4.1. Applicants are assessed in this group when the Application for Skills Assessment submitted
to ACS indicates that the applicant is seeking exemption from recent work experience
because of study in Australia. Specific details of the study in Australia requirements are
available from the DIAC website www.immi.gov.au .
2.4.2. Qualifications of Group C applicants are assessed as specified in Group A. (see Section
2.2.1 through 2.2.6).
2.4.3. There is no requirement for work experience for Group C applicants who apply on
completion of their degree but within 18 months of course completion.
The length of study in Australia and the time limit for submitting an application for an Onshore
Overseas Student General - Skilled Migration (GSM) visa are not components of the PASA (Pre
Application Skills Assessment) and are not assessed by ACS. These requirements are set and
assessed by DIAC.

recent graduate 也就是group c 的不能re-validate的，有效期只有一年

yang版：我毕业的时候就是申请的skill assessment，结果给了个2231-79 （recent graduate）。我看了PIM了，要不就是工作四年（gourp A）要不就是 exception working experience group C。那像我这种工作了一年的怎么办，要重新申请acs，申请groupc 还是让acs的人自己去评估？？

工作年限不满足要求，所以重新申请不可能了，我猜ritz版说的有道理，就是一年有效期，不能延期，要重新申请只好再等3年了。

我也继续学习中。。。道理上说也不应该啊，要么就刚毕业要么就工作四年，那中间地带呢，没人管吗？？

He can definitely reapply as long as he was really a recent graduate.
and he only needs to lodge additional documents plus reference no of last acs letter as the ACS has all of his documents.
