标题: 刚接到移民局电邮: 一切打乱,重新排序.

To all current 175 CSL applicants:
We are running against time. New MODL will be implemented by the end of 2009.
We still have time. We have not run out of time !

My application was submitted on Apr 26. I expect to have CO by end of September, before new MODL. Let's see.

这个列表是热心人根据网站

上的每天更新信息统计出来的。。就跟咱们FreeOZ 上的列表一样。
这个列表的数据虽然是全球范围的。可是主要是中国周边国家：尤其以英国等发达国家以及印巴等地为主。（毕竟人家对英语forum 很是熟悉。）中国的平均进度往往要落后1个月左右。

Up to today, Sept 17, CSL CO has been assigned to April 24, 2009.

Mine is April 26, 2009. I will call DIAC next Monday and ask for CO.
Wait & See. !!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your e-mail about your Skilled - (VE 175) Independent visa
application under Australia’s General Skilled Migration program.

Your nominated occupation is on the Critical Skills
List.  We can confirm that this information has been noted on your file.

The allocation of applications on the Critical Skills List has
commenced.   Each application will be checked to identify if it meets the
priority processing criteria as announced by the Minister of Immigration
on the 23 September 2009. The process of identifying applications that
meet the priority processing criteria is ongoing.

If your application is identified as meeting the priority processing
criteria, your application will be referred to the relevant processing
area for allocation to a case officer. Applications will be processed in
date of lodgement order.

We appreciate your patience as this process is conducted.

看看这个time line比较全，大部队应该还在3月份

这个回复邮件是标准格式，我上次让中介帮忙问进度回复的也是这个格式的，只不过那时候的标准是08/12/27的优先级顺序。
我觉得已经vc2扣款预签的应该给发签证，但是co的就不一定了，个人理解。

Futher是自动的，只要翻阅了资料就会自动出现Futher 不需要手工操作

就是啦, 今天与移民部高层聊天,获得以下内参:

1. 根据Sept23精神, 移民官这个星期都在加班加点,将每个申请都要过一下. 底朝天再折腾一遍. 勤快的做个表记 "FURTHER".
2. 很多人从上个星期就突然看到"FURTH ...

FSL夭折了？好消息啊。CSL调整还是MODL调整？希望不要太大变化了，谁都受不了

csl清单还会大幅缩水，那三无岂不是彻底没戏了，新modl呢还会修改并取代csl么？

FSL在ISSUE 公开讨论中已被彻底否定. 移民部在此讨论中被广泛耻笑为折腾. 就此CSL将做为制度长期呈在.但移民部将在年底大幅削减CSL职业名单.这样, 每年剩少些名额给非CSL.
