标题: Tax file number declaration
Q7 Are you an Australian resident for tax purposes?
Q8 do you want to claim the tax-free threshold from this payer?
Q9 do you want to claim the senior Australians tax offset by reducing the amount wuthheld from payments made to you?
Q10 do you want to claim a zone, overseas forces, dependenet spouse or special rax pffset by reducing the amount withheld from payments made to you?
Q11 do you have an accumulated Higher Education Loan Programme(HELP) debt?

本人是留学生，现在有两个工作，一个工作A要打税，可是那几个问题不会填
因为另外的一份工作B是之前找的，也填了Tax file number declaration ，可是B的工作现在也没有进银行，pay cash的，可以说我只有一份工作吗？
还有就是留学生有免税额吗？老板把29％的税扣起来了，结算时可以要回来吗？

You are entitled to the tax free threshold, as internation students are considered to be resident for tax purpose. Due to the limitation on your work hours permitted by your visa, i would expect most of the tax withheld from your salary will be refunded to you at year end if not all.

我的visa工作小时是20小时一个星期，如果我一年的税前工资没有超过6000，也没有其他的收入，可退回吗？还是只有一部分？
那我怎样回答Q8 and Q9??

Yes, in that case, you will get a full refund.
Q9, No
Q8, Have you already got a job that you claimed the tax freethreshold on? if yes, then no.
