标题: 关于工资单补料
请问：

工资单是大家在一起签字的那种表格，

要给VO补料，

是得要回自己的每个月的那一条，再粘在一起吗？

直接译成英语表格，请领导签字盖章行吗？

再请问，

TRA承包的那种单位得怎么证明近两年的经历呢？

没有合同啊！

VO只是说要补料，没具体说要什么。

I refer to your application for a Class VF, subclass 475 Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa,
received on 08 February 2009.

The information in this letter applies to the following:

To facilitate the assessment of this application, you are requested to provide the following
additional information listed below:

several of the electronic documents you sent in support of your application could not be opened.
Please resend all your supporting documents.
● The employment evidence you have provided contains insuficient details for the assessment
   of your work experience claims. Please provide employment evidence covering the following
   period:
                                    08/02/07- 08/02/09.

Please refer to the enclosed Instructions for Employment References.

●    Functional English Requirement

*** is required to provide evidence of functional English. Please refer
to the enclosed information sheet. They may choose to pay the appropriate English Education
Charge (EEC) rather than sit the test. If you wish to take up this option, please advise the GSM
Adelaide ofice.

Health Requirements

●    All applicants and secondary applicants are required to undergo a medical examination to
   determine if they meet the Australian health standards for migrant entry. Dependants, who
   are not migrating with the applicant/s, must also undergo a medical examination.

Further information on health requirements and the necessary forms are available at
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/index.htm

Please pay careful attention to the information available on this page including Form 1071i
detailing health requirements for permanent entry to Australia.Applicants should be aware that
they are responsible for all costs associated with medical examinations.

Visa applicants in Australia must contact Health Services Australia (HSA) to arrange a health
examination. A medical appointment can be booked with HSA at http://www.hsagroup.com.au/

Applicants outside of Australia must arrange their health examination with a panel doctor and/or
radiologist nominated by the Australian Government. A list of panel doctors and radiologists is
at http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/panel-doctors. Please note that the panel doctor is required
to send all medical results to the Local Clearance Unit in Australia and not give them to applicants
or their representatives.

Before attending a health examination applicants need to:

1. Print off the required numbers of forms 26 and/or 160 to present to the panel doctor and
   radiologist; and
2. Complete the “Ofice use only” box to indicate:
●    the visa class applied for: VF 475
●    the ile reference number
●    the ICSE Request ID number

All persons over age of 16 years must also complete and immediately return a Form 80 Personal
Particulars for Character Checking.

我想关键是这一段，应该是你提交的文件VO打不开导致 08/02/07- 08/02/09. 这两年的工作经验没有证据支持
重新扫描一下这段时间的相关的文档，确保普通的英文Acrobat Reader能够打开，再提交给VO看看，工资单什么的VO没有明确要求先不要提供

另外关于“Please refer to the enclosed Instructions for Employment References.” 补料信有附件么？是不是还有什么具体指示在附件中？
