Mu’ooz Restaurant and Catering is a community based business in Moorooka which provides employment and training for African refugee women from Eritrea.
The restaurant currently requires the services of a Senior Cook (Consultant). The successful applicant will enjoy applying their knowledge and experience in assisting the Manager to create an excellent dining experience, including managing food production, kitchen systems and processes, food quality and presentation. The applicant will also thrive on empowering the kitchen team to take full responsibility of the kitchen management in the future, through assisting in their training and supervision.
