It is highly appreciated that you have opened this email in which our situation is addressed. First of all, this email is written on behalf of application cases of 136 skilled independent lodged before Sep 01. 2007 and still have not been allocated to a case officer today. In the end of this email part of our personal information is listed.
Many of us have been waiting patiently and painfully for near 17 months, long enough to bring us troubles of various kinds. The new policy recently enacted on Dec. 17, 2008, however, has made our expectations of case finalisation even more unpredictable. On application lodging, we were told we would be treated the same way as those applicants whose cases have been finalised or allocated to case officers, the only fact that makes difference being we lodged one to several days later than they did. Obviously this cannot be the reason for us to wait much longer, otherwise it would be extremely unfair for us.
We hereby raise our query through this email in hope of receiving an explainable result. You will receive individual complaints describing their own situations or troubles in succession in the future. All these emails will be sent in the comkmon name of 'freeoz' containing some personal details including FN.
