一共14个类别，统计一下看看？

紧缺职业的时间要求为指最近四年内最少有一年该职业的工作经验。

如果在进行职业评估时获得紧缺职业的提名，能加15分，紧缺并有澳洲offer的加20分。

Occupation in demand/job offerIf your nominated occupation is on the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) either at the time your application is lodged or assessed and you have recent work experience related to that occupation, you can be awarded additional points.

The MODL has occupations from within the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) identified as being in demand in Australia. You will be eligible for a higher number of points if you also have a full time job offer from an employer in Australia.

You should be aware that occupations on the MODL change from time to time. More information is available on the MODL.

Points awardedThe table below sets out the points available under this part of the points test.

Occupation	Points
If all the following apply: your nominated occupation is on the MODL you have been employed in your nominated skilled occupation, or a closely related skilled occupation for a period totalling at least one (1) year in the four (4) years immediately before you make your application you have a job offer for full time employment in Australia in your nominated occupation from an organisation that has employed at least ten (10) people on a full time basis for the two (2) years immediately before you make your application.	20
If all the following apply: your nominated occupation is in demand on the MODL you have been employed in your nominated skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation for a period totalling at least one (1) year in the four (4) years immediately before you make your application.	15

Evidence to attach to your applicationTo receive extra points for a job offer, you must provide documentary evidence of your job offer. This evidence must:

be written on the official letterhead of the prospective employer
indicate clearly on the letterhead the full address of the employer, any telephone and fax numbers, and email and website addresses
have the name and position of the person authorised to sign the offer of employment typed or stamped below that person's signature. A letter with an illegible signature will not be accepted.
the exact period of employment, including:
- whether permanent or temporary
- full or part time
- the main five (5) duties
- the salary
- position/s offered
  Note: Positions should not be described by generic titles (for example, research officer) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (for example, research chemist)
the organisation making the job offer must also indicate the number of people it has employed on a full time basis for the previous two (2) years.

For you to be awarded these points, documentary evidence as described above must be included with your application. The department will check the details of any job offer provided before points are awarded.

Skills assessments provided to successful applicants will state:

the ASCO Code for Computer Professional not elswhere classified (nec) with the specialisation stated in brackets - for example, 2231-79 (SAP)
and
the statement: 'Based on the provided certified documentation, it is my opinion that the applicant has 12 months experience in (name of specialisation, for example, SAP)'.

Note: If you have a skills assessment which only states the ASCO Code for 'Computer Professional nec 2231-79', you are not eligible to be awarded MODL points. A new assessment with the above information will be required if you wish to claim MODL points.
How often does the MODL change? The MODL is reviewed twice a year to take into consideration existing and emerging skills shortages. This does not mean the list is changed twice a year. Changes only occur if there has been a significant change in labour market trends.
As the MODL may change from time to time, you are advised to check the current MODL at the time you are lodging your visa application.
How are occupation points awarded on the points test? If your nominated occupation is on MODL either at the time your application is lodged or assessed, you will be eligible for 'occupation in demand/job offer' points on the General Skilled Migration points test. You will receive extra points if you have a job offer from a suitable Australian employer.
What is a 'suitable Australian employer'? A 'suitable Australian employer' is an employer that has employed at least 10 people on a full-time basis for the previous two (2) financial years.
If you intend to claim points for 'occupation in demand/job offer' you are required to submit documentary evidence that your proposed employer meets these requirements. This evidence should include:

a letter of offer from your prospective employer on official letterhead of the company which states the full address of the company and any telephone, fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses
the name and position of the person authorised to sign the employment reference typed or stamped below that person's signature - a reference with an illegible signature will not be accepted
details of the position you are being offered, the main five duties to be undertaken, and the salary level
details of the organisation making the job offer, including the number of people it has employed on a full-time basis for the previous two (2) years

评不上，因为是否是MODL不是由申请人决定
而是评估机构的官员根据你所递交的材料，尤其是推荐信来决定
软件测试想要做到MODL不太可能，除非作假，但是一旦作假被查出来就彻底玩完了
其实不用MODL，快不了多少，我的进度比同时递材料的不是MODL的人还慢了
ACS都是60分职业，基本上都能过120分线

可事实上就是快不了多少
其实无论是不是MODL，只要case分到VO手上，3个月内就要求出结果
除非遇到什么VO休假啊，背景调查有问题啊之类的东东，那就不好说了

我不太明白,今年7月份评估的linux现在是属于CSL里面吗?
新政里面只要是原来的ACS评估的MODL都属于CSL吧,我理解错没?

你的理解没有错.
所有在MODL里面的IT类别都是CSL类别.
不过其他大多数MODL就没有这么幸运了

中介是这样帮我填的，我当初也疑惑，但是他说他帮之前的人也这么填，还给我看了。
如果你为了保险，要不还是填一个吧。
其实J2EE肯定包含Java的，但Java并不一定是J2EE
