标题: 关于contract /permanent job相关的理解，各位帮忙看看对不对。
红色字体是我不确定的地方。

首先分permanent job 和 fixed term job。主要区别是term。

fixed term job 又分是作为employee 还是 contractor，区别在是拿税号还是ABN。employee的话享受的待遇和permanent是一样的。

contractor 又分是通过中介/管理公司签合同还是直接和雇主签。区别是前者不用自己处理super和tax，后者要全部自己弄。

看坛子里的帖子，都说contract的话，雇主不帮交super,也没有paid annual leave. 但是我在http://www.ato.gov.au/print.asp?doc=/content/19159.htm 上看到
What super obligations do I have for contractors?
If you pay your contractors under a contract that is wholly or principally for labour, you have to pay super contributions for them. This is even if the contractor quotes an Australian business number (ABN). These contractors are considered your employees for Superannuation guarantee purposes.

Generally, a contract is principally for labour if more than half of the value of the contract is for the person’s labour, which may include:

physical labour
mental effort, or
artistic effort.

那就是就算是用ABN的contractor，雇主也应该要帮交super罗？

从Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard上看到(from http://www.workplaceauthority.go ... fairpaystandard.asp)
The Standard provides that all employees, other than casual employees, have a minimum paid entitlement to annual leave based on their ‘nominal hours’ (see below) worked.
那么，只要是fulltime的job，都应该有annual leave罗？或者至少是用税号的employee都有？
请大家赐教！

我刚签了中介的contractor，工作是派到一家公司参与一个2个月的项目，中介给的合同package里有super和tax的表格需要填写。是不是我就不用操心税和super的事儿啦？那我作为contractor是不是ABN交税，一些开销可以抵税吗？

-- 看你的合同怎么谈喽。雇主给你的薪水是含super的还是要你自己交、是否有休假、解除合同提前的通知期、试用期的长短等等都可以谈，就像市场买菜一样。

这个super obligation是指雇主义务
通过中介，基本是你作为中介的临时雇员到公司工作，那么中介有义务交super，只不过往往这个super比例一起包含在报给你的day rate里了。
自己跟公司签，你是作为自己这个小企业的雇员为这个公司工作，那么这个小企业有义务交super，你自己作为雇主就给自己交super，同理，也是你自己的成本但都逃不了的

contractor说白了是干一天给一天的钱，不干就没钱。不管跟中介签还是自己ABN，都没年假的

permanent和fixed term在long service leave累计还是termination pay的计算上还是有不一样的，貌似是个灰色地带，各个公司解释不一定一样

lz工作了吗，没有的话这些叫法是挺搞的。我的经历，总体上从合同签署角度看，分perm和contractor两大类，
其中perm和直接雇主签，分full time，part time和fixed term。contractor分和中介签然后去雇主处上班，或者自己有abn跳过中介直接和雇主签为其服务，当然contractor也有pt ft之分。

从package，bonus leave角度看，
perm的ft package最低，bonus基于个人和公司表现，leave长且get paid。
perm的pt，和ft比package打折扣拉，bonus不清楚（但据我猜测是按比例有的），leave也有的但会少拉。
perm的fixed term，package比前两个高，唯独没有bonus，term期间leave等和其他是和pt ft一样的，risk在于term结束后是否有下个term。以上三个看合同啦，会表明super另算还是包含在里面。
contractor不论和谁签那同比下待遇是最高的拉，但就像lstx说的做一天算一天。如果和中介签他们会打理一切（扣除服务费，缴税super等），super是自己交的。自己abn签那就自己打理，也要自己交super啦，就是税务上灵活。

话说回来，如果待业找工那就有什么干什么。骑驴找马那就慢慢找合适自己的。我觉得新移民工作刚起步立足在扩大行业网络，多认识同行最要紧，人脉很重要哦。什么工种要看自己实际情况再定了。
