标题: RWC到底是什么?
看到有人说买了没有RWC的二手车,还要自己花千把块钱办了才能过户?
是不是啊?
RWC到底是什么?
要怎么办呢?
指定的可以办RWC的地点是哪里啊?

RWC偶是不知道了，

只知道WRC是World Rally Championship

过户必作的一个车辆检查，授权的修车厂都能做，100一下，主要是检查出问题重要的必须修完了才能过户，所以私人的话最好叫卖家作。。。

哦，这我就想起来了，好像是Road Worthy Certificate，你的车可以合法上路的证明

随便看看修车场，Any places who claim it can do it...

这是有法律效力的，没有车场敢冒这个险给你作假的。。。

我过去买的几辆二手车都没做过RWC，因为当你的二手车还有有效的Reg的话，它就是可以合法上路的证明。

No, some other people actually did it for you if you are in VIC.
If you buy from the dealer, they did it for you and you don’t even see what a rwc looks like.

RWC办理REGO的时候需要的，也就是需要满足一定要求的车才能继续开。

如果你要买的车还有REGO，那么就用不着RWC了。

从私人手里买二手车的时候要RWC，是为了买着放心，哦，这车最起码还能开允许上路。

如果你从DEALER买，他们给你搞定

你说的一千多块是 RWC + REGO + 过户费，甚至可能还有第三者保险，否则不会有这么多

Don’t mislead.

In VIC, when you resume your rego every year, you don’t need a RWC
If the car has to be transferred under other peoples name, a RWC is a must even the Rego is still valid. So if a car is bought or sold, a rwc must be done by someone, either by seller or buyer.

No, as I mentioned above, if you don’t have RWC, vic roads won't transfer the owner's name from the seller to the buyer.

Dealer normally will do rwc for you.

There are many discussions here.

In NSW, there is NO RWC. A PINK SLIP which is actually the same thing with rwc may be needed
For any similar problems, RTA or the road authorities like vicroads in VIC re the best place to consult. Give them a call you have all the correct answer.
