the rating means how good the house is designed and built to save energy (heating, cooling, lighting etc)

n/a maybe mean they haven't had it rated.

的确懂得多！谢谢！那200/week,956PCM是不是200元一周，按月租的话956一个月？

956应该是押金吧？请知道的人解释PCM是什么意思。

PCM = per calendar month, 一般房租按月交，一个月按4.3周算。如果每月956，应该是220左右一周才对。
