Position purpose: Provide engineering support in the resolution of product and production problems. Your key responsibilities will be identifying and resolving reliability issues, performing root cause analysis on failed components, liaising with suppliers, production and service to implement solutions, reviewing new designs for robustness and creating reliability test programs.
Essential Competencies: You will be a pro-active high achiever and be looking to take that next step to further your career. You will possess a tertiary Engineering qualification and any experience in the HVAC industry would be beneficial and highly regarded.
You will be a confident team player and solid communicator, have highly proficient PC skills, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the potential to organise multiple and diverse projects within a flexible work environment.

Carrier is a U.S. company major in Air-conditioning. All these vacancies are from Melbourne Braeside site where Carrier has a plant in.
