澳公布新一轮紧缺职业，九一新政下如何应对？

本次清单变化仍然是新增职业多于撤掉的职业，倍受关注的会计、ICT、工程师等专业人士依旧榜上有名；技工类别中除了普通电子设备技工外，上次在紧缺清单上的这次还在。本次新增的紧缺职业主要有建筑师、外部审计师、飞行器维修工、锁匠、漆工和装修工等，另外ICT行业中又有一些新的领域进入紧缺名单。

7月30日，澳移民部公布了新的紧缺职业清单，这是九一新政实施在即的一次重要变化。上次紧缺职业清单变化是在去年9月份公布（参见《澳大利亚技术移民紧缺职业清单9月20日新变化》 ），事隔大半年的时间，移民部才酝酿出台了新一期的紧缺职业清单，按照紧缺职业清单更新的周期，以及DOML的制定者时就业部不是移民部，本期的清单不是没有可能在九一之后继续沿用。唐林律师事务所本周将结合九一新政后的紧缺职业要求为大家解读清单的变化。

总体来说本次清单变化仍然是新增职业多于撤掉的职业，倍受关注的会计、ICT、工程师等专业人士依旧榜上有名；技工类别中除了普通电子设备技工外，上次在紧缺清单上的这次还在。本次新增的紧缺职业主要有建筑师、外部审计师、飞行器维修工、锁匠、漆工和装修工等，另外ICT行业中又有一些新的领域进入紧缺名单。
  
按照现行移民政策，只要评估出来的职业是紧缺职业，就可以获得15分的紧缺职业加分，紧缺职业加分不需要任何工作经验。但是九一新政后，如果要获得紧缺职业加分，不但要通过职业评估，而且还要在递交签证申请前的4年中有1年的与提名的紧缺职业紧密相关的工作经验才能获得这15分的加分。这样，对于绝大多数留学生而言尽管所选专业为紧缺职业，但是因为通常没有工作经验，所以也就无法获得紧缺分数，唐林律师事务所提醒大家，在这个角度上，所有60分的职业移民加分的差别不大，留学生在选择留学专业的时候一定要考虑到这一变化。对于海外的申请人来说，如果提名职业是会计，但最近4年没有从事过会计工作，也就不能获得紧缺分数了。另外，在能够加到紧缺职业分数的情况下，如果申请人同时还有来自适格的雇主提供的job offer，还可以额外获得5分的加分。

九一新政下，紧缺职业分数可以与另外两项工作经验分同时获得。只要满足条件，对于澳洲留学生而言申请人可以同时获得澳洲工作经验的10分和紧缺职业的15分；对于offshore的申请人，可以同时获得10分或5分的工作经验分数和紧缺职业的15分。有关九一新政下工作经验加分的问题，唐林律师行推荐大家看一下《澳九一新政中的工作经验》。

3月职业评估的时候，老担心MODL会变更，拖到4月看等不及就递了申请。
结果到现在ASPC的申请都递出去了，MODL才更新啦。

1， 我觉得是这个意思， 因为这个chef有好多细分的工种。
2， Associate  professionals 属于asco的第3类，当然要。

凡是ASCO 4字打头, 都是TRA, 英语成绩不受9.1政策影响!

这里说的是, 只要在签收的时候, 你的职业在MODL上, 就有15分.

还有一个在审理的时候, 这里已经有这样的铜子了. LUCKY!

这个工作由VO(签证官)来做. 所以， 在VO审理你的CASE的时候, 他会做出判断.

TRA的要求没变,那还算有点安慰.  也说明澳洲很需要我这样的经验丰富、身强力壮，没有后腿、不拖儿带女的，只会给澳洲创造财富的蓝领工人，可惜移民局那班饭桶官听不到我声音！

不,不是不高兴,只不过原先有些搞不清糊涂了,因CHEF是3字开头的.所以我一个劲的问   是不是去　TRA评估的都属技工类的. 如此看来没错,CHEF的英语分不受到91新政影响.其实TRA 展开是　　trades    recognition Australia， 去他那里评估也就同我说了是ＴＲＡＤＥＳ　ＰＥＲＳＯＮ的评估了．哎，都是新政给闹的神经过敏，因为象我们主厨，厨师，还有咱蓝领工人达到４个５不容易啊．４个６分真的是要拼命的劲头拿出，更何况每个人都有工作家事要处理．

Sorry! 我没有注意到chef是3开头的. 那这样的话, 它就不属于trapespersons  的行列, 需要4个6... 并非所有由TRA评估的都是技工, 虽然所有SOL上的技工都由TRA评估.

DIAC说明的原文是:

How will the English language threshold change for tradespeople?

Applicants who have a suitable skills assessment in a trade occupation (an occupation in the Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO) Major Group 4) will not be affected by the increase in the English language threshold. They will still meet the English language threshold and be awarded 15 points if they have vocational English.
